Wonderful

Located a few minutes away from central station, and close to the city center, the location is perfect for me. Apartment was clean and huge. All necessary kitchen stuff included. Perfect heating in winter.

Construction site across the street. We stayed at weekends so it is fine, but on a working days could be noise. As Hotel located close the to train station, streets around it always busy with people. Could be problem for someone who looking for quietness Could not get smart TV connected to internet, not a big deal

Spacious space, Nicely Friendly Staff, Helpful Service mind, Thank you very much.

You may smell food coming from the next room. Because the room has a kitchen ready to use. I don't like it because there are people cooking after 10 p.m. And the smell made me open the window to ventilate, everything else was fine.

Well located to city centre and major sights. Helpful staff.

Nothing major to mention. Kitchen was basicly supplied but adequate. Some minor street noise from time to time but generally quiet.

Good apartment conveniently located for a group of friends

Located a few minutes away from central station, and close to the city center, the location is perfect. Apartment was clean and big enough for our group of five.

The double bed in the bedroom is good, but all the extra beds that are prepared in case of a bigger group are quite uncomfortable.

Very Good

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good sized fridge and was gait with the kitchenette. Good location, 10 minute walk to main Plaza. Staff were all friendly. We enjoyed our stay of 7 nights (23-30 Nov 2023).

Noise from outside was loud throughout the night.

Good

1)Location was convenient with small food and grocery shops nearby and very close to the train station; 2)staff were friendly and helpful; 3)having a laundry in the facility was very handy and the clothes airer provided in the room was a good size; 4)room was serviced daily; 5)rooms were open and airy and a good size; and 6)access with luggage was easy.

1) The fold-out bed was very difficult to put back into a couch for daytime use and required two people to do it, with some if the wiring around the base of the mattress broken; 2) the heating was a bit random and sometimes difficult to adjust; 3) there was limited bench space and no dishwasher, so the provision of an additional small rectangular table for food prep or for placing washed dishes on would be helpful; 4) getting in and out of the bathtub to use the shower was not the easiest - bath tub was quite high and the glass screen door too long - and could be challenging particularly for older guests or those with a physical disability so the install of an extra handrail would be helpful;; 5) we could not get english sub-titles or language on any of the TV channels.

Excellent stay with great experience from the staff. I would stay here again.

Location was good, room size was excellent and service was fantastic. The girl at the reception at night always greeted us with a smile and very helpful.

Die Lage des hotels ist toll! Sehr zentrumsnah... Wir konnten alles zur Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich!

Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren weiter weg als gedacht. Die Zusatzbetten waren extrem unbequem... Dh es haben nur 2 von uns gut geschlafen und der Rest extrem schlecht es sollte auf jeden Fall in neuen Betten investiert werden!

„Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof/U-Bahn ist top. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einem extra Schlafzimmer, das war im 7. Stock mit Balkon. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und allem, was man zum Zubereiten eines Frühstücks bzw. zum Kochen benötigt. Leider fehlten die Geschirrtücher. Der Bäcker ist nur über die Straße.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer knarrte extrem. Für Kinder aber kein Problem. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer gehören dringend getauscht. Die sind total durchgelegen (Mulde). Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Oberflächlich wurde geputzt. Ich würde mir eine tägliche Reinigung (zumindest saugen) der Böden wünschen. Es gibt keinen Besen zum Wegkehren der z. B. Brotbrösel, lediglich ein Kehricht ist vorhanden.

„Super Lage - super Appartement- nur ein bisschen laut

Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 5 Gehminuten, man ist super schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar Das Rezeptionsteam war sehr freundlich und gab gute Infos betreffend München Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet

Unser Appartement war Straßenseitig ausgerichtet und es war auf Grund einer Baustelle gegenüber schon ab 6:00 Uhr sehr laut. Auch der Straßenlärm war relativ laut.
